Mr. Hill is a graduate of Central Washington University, with a BA in Art Education and a Minor in History. His Washington State Endorsements include K-12 Art, 4-12 History, and K-8 Elementary Education. He has been teaching Visual Art at Chinook since 1994. He has also been the Yearbook Advisor, and refereed flag football.
Mr. Hill retired from the U.S. Navy Reserves in 2004 where he had worked as an Aviation Antisubmarine Warfare Operator. He currently plays euphonium with the Highline Community Symphonic Band and Pierce College Concert Band. Other interests include coaching soccer, hiking, boating, photography, and snow skiing. He lives in rural South King County with his wife, two sons and their cats Shadow and Kokoa.
