Nutrition Services

Welcome to the Highline Nutrition Services department! We serve over 5,000 breakfasts and 12,000 lunches each school day to Highline students.

Research has shown that there is a crucial relationship between nutrition and academic performance. Highline strives to offer quality meals at affordable prices to set our students up for success every day. Monthly menus are planned by a Registered Dietitian to meet USDA specifications based on the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

Homemade

Highline employees bake bread, cookies and brownies in four production kitchens throughout the district. We also prepare many entrees from scratch including spaghetti and meat sauce, lasagna, chicken salad, and macaroni and cheese.
